What this is

This is an internal, invite-only tool for licensed Tikki Tikki riders to schedule shifts and handle deposits and rent. It is not for customers and is not publicly accessible.

What we collect

Your name, email, and a hashed password; your shift reservations and related comments and messages; and a record of payments. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Square) and are never stored on our servers— we keep only Square's payment reference.

Where your data lives

Data is hosted on a private server in France (OVH, Gravelines). We plan to migrate hosting to Canada (OVH, Beauharnois) when capacity is available. Payment processing is handled by Square under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account, contact the operator. We retain payment records as required for business and tax purposes.
